Anseo
*Also known as Oblivion city, is a designed. It is much larger than needed to be for the the populace it contains. In fact, the city seems almost empty outside of its centre. The entire city makes up a divination glyph, and at its heart is the Palace of Delphi - where the reincarnated prophetess resides. A city very difficult to navigate. All roads and homes have been carefully built to design, and very fines along with other punishments await anyone caught trying to build something new or create a new path. 'Desire paths' are not only not welcome here, they are heavily punished.
The 'Tourist' Pitch
Walking through the carefully planned roads of Delphi can lead you towards your fortune, or maybe give you visions of the future that awaits you. The Empire is offering homes and rooms to anyone who wishes to settle here so long as they understand the tenets of the city.

A soul who cursed itself to be bound to the future of the world by gazing on it. A spirit housed inside a mortal woman, who is sought and discovered every generation and brought to Delphi, to sit at its hearts and speak to the future of all things. The first brought on the Great War with her vision, the current has saved countless souls. A hero of the Empire itself, and a show of its magical prowess but trapped 'for her safety' in the spawling web of the Palace.
